Singer Sean Kingston, his bodyguard and band member are accused of gang raping a drunk teenage girl in Kingston's hotel room back in 2010.
TMZ reports that Carissa Capeloto, now 22, claims she was forced into intercourse with the "Beat It" singer and his two-man crew in a Seattle hotel. She says she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent" after allegedly partaking in weed and vodka.
Capeloto contends that Kingston invited her to his room for a meet-and-greet after performing at a Justin Bieber concert. She also alleges that her friend had entered the room and saved her before phoning the police and being taken to the hospital, where she says she was treated with "physical injuries consistent with rape."
Criminal charges were reportedly dropped against Kingston in 2010 after it was determined Capeloto's details of this alleged assault were not credible enough for a legitimate case.
Kingston, who nearly died in a jet ski accident in 2011, filed documents insisting the sex was 100% consensual.
A trial is set for November.
