Selena Gomez's alleged stalker Che Cruz will reportedly be on lockdown for at least 30 days.
In April the 20-year-old homeless man was arrested twice in one week for trespassing on the singer-and-actress' property.
And according to TMZ, Che pled no contest to felony stalking charges in court on Friday.
He has supposedly been ordered to reside at a mental health facility on lockdown for the next 30 days. After the month is over he must complete a 180 day programme at the centre, but he will not be required to live there while he attends sessions.
The outlet reports the judge also issued a special 10-year protective order, which decrees Che must remain 200 yards away from Selena at all times.
The young man has already violated a protective order, as when he was released for the first time in April, he went back to Selena's house almost immediately and was taken into custody on the same charge.
Selena seems to have other things on her mind at the moment, as it is rumoured she has reunited once again with her on-and-off boyfriend Justin Bieber.
Justin has been involved in loads of legal troubles within the past year, but apparently the Baby singer loves her so much he is willing to change his lifestyle.
"It has been a while coming but Selena has agreed to a reconciliation. It was when she agreed to go to his house that he gave her the new, shiny Segway," an insider revealed to British newspaper The Sun recently.
"He told her he can't live without her and that he's reformed his bad boy ways for good."
