Snoop Dogg has defended Charlie Sheen, insisting the troubled star doesn't receive enough "appreciation".
Sheen has endured a string of controversies over recent months, including being fired from his hit sitcom Two and a Half Men, entering rehab and being hospitalised after wild booze binges.
As he attempts to rebuild his reputation, the actor created a song with Snoop called Winning - Sheen's famous catchphrase - and pledged to donate all profits to the victims of America's recent tornado disaster which ripped across six southern U.S. states.
Now the rapper has spoken out in support of Sheen, telling the Daily Star, "Charlie was my friend before the media said what they said and he's gonna stay my friend. He can still operate and he needs to be given more appreciation."
