Snoop Lion, formerly Snoop Dogg, has changed his name again.
The Dogg Lion is now Snoopzilla, just in time to announce his new album with Dam-Funk, titled “7 Days of Funk.”
We guess George Clinton must have made an impression early on. Snoopzilla is pretty much his own planet in own solar system inside his own galaxy.
According to Snoopzilla, “"Just call me Snoop, you know, that makes it simple," he tells hotnewhiphop.com, "The thing is for the project, it wasn't a Snoop Dogg project, so I didn't want people to get it confused, that's why. It's a project called 7 Days Of Funk, where me and Dam-Funk we came together and made a group. In the group, the name I'm under is Snoopzilla."
