The LA-based singer, model and TV presenter called the police when she received messages on the website that “freaked her out”.
But she said the cops failed to act, so she contacted the “fan” herself, and she now feels safe because he “looks up” to her.
She wrote on her blog: “I have a stalker on Facebook to the point I’ve been down to the police station because it’s got really scary, and the police here [in LA] don’t do anything about it.
“Instead I take it in my own hands and start speaking back to him. I just turn it around and somehow now he looks up to me and he doesn’t want to kill me anymore.
“Everyone’s like, ‘Erase him as a friend’, and I was like, ‘He might come murder me’.
“So this is how I deal with it. I face it front on.'
