The troubled star's long-time PR man, Stan Rosenfield, quit at the weekend after Sheen publically blasted the creator of Two And A Half Men, Chuck Lorre, and called Alcoholics Anonymous a 'bootleg cult'.
No stranger to controversy, former Hills star Spencer has now stepped forward and offered to help Sheen mend his image.
Pratt, who is married to Heidi Montag, told TMZ, 'I want to be Charlie Sheen's new publicist... I am offering to be his media point man and that I have great contacts with media outlets and will work for free just to be part of his winning team.'
