A mysterious piece of street art has appeared on a wall in LA, which depicts Kanye West being crucified, alongside the caption "The New Messiah?"
West is shown shirtless, wearing just a white loincloth, a gold chain and red trainers in the six-foot mural, which appeared on Good Friday (18 April).
The rapper is no stranger to comparisons with Jesus Christ - but usually those comparisons come from West himself. His most recent album was called Yeezus, he has a track called 'I Am A God', and he once posed on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine wearing a crown of thorns.
Yeezus, West's sixth studio album, was released last year, and was named album of the year by numerous publications including The Guardian, Entertainment Weekly, Stereogum and TIME magazine.
It's unclear who is responsible for this Easter-themed street art, but it's certainly gaining plenty of attention. West is yet to comment.
