Overview
Super Furry Animals will headline the 2008 Green Man festival, it has been announced.
The Welsh pop heroes will top the bill at the summer gathering in their home country on the middle Saturday.
Their appearance follows singer Gruff Rhys' solo show at the 2007 event, where the headliners were Joanna Newsom, Devendra Banhart and Robert Plant.
The 2008 festival will be Green Man's sixth, taking place on August 15+16+17, with many more names to be announced in the coming weeks.
