The group held a press conference at The Savoy hotel in central London as they announced when they will be heading off on tour.
It will be the first time the band has toured as a five-piece for 15 years after Williams, 36, quit the band and launched his solo career.
The tour will begin in Sunderland on May 30 and they will also perform four shows in Manchester as well as four nights at Wembley Stadium, London.
They also announced dates in Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark.
The band recently picked up the 'hall of fame' gong at the Q Awards in London. They will release their new single, The Flood, in November and their new album is due out later this month.
Tickets will go on sale at 9am UK time on October 29 and one of the band members Gary Barlow said: 'This is going to be a big production show, we're not going to release the theme just yet.'
