The band performed their new single The Flood in the Live Lounge during Fearne Cotton's morning show before singing a rendition of the old Take That track Pray.
The song, written by band member Gary Barlow, was released in 1993 and was the second single released from their album Everything Changes.
It was revealed that Robbie Williams, who recently reunited with the band, chose the track and he wanted to sing it as he was sure he knew all the words.
Asked how he picked the track, he said: 'Actually, it went like this. We were in rehearsals last week and we were running through The Flood loads of times as in each verse it kind of changes, the lyrics change in each verse.
'So, for me, who forgets words it's impossible. And then we did SOS and that was kind of vibey from the album and then we did Never Forget, which there's like five 'doo-doo-doo's' in the first verse and then three in the second and it's all a bit complicated.
'Then it got to Pray and I thought: 'I know every one of these [words]!'
