The British band recently picked up the 'hall of fame' award at the show in London and they snubbed the free booze that was on offer to them.
Robbie Williams, 36, joined the other members of the group at the event and his bandmate Howard Donald said they were honoured to be given the award.
Donald said: 'Getting a Q Award shows that pop truly rocks. It's fantastic. We've stood the test of time to make it back together 20 years this year and going strong.'
He added that it's a 'new start' now that Robbie has rejoined the band and said: 'It's great to be working with Rob now we're all grown-up. He's such a talented guy and it's been brilliant to write with him again.'
