According to The Mirror, Gary Barlow, Robbie Williams, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald will head off for some bonding time after the gig at Wembley Stadium, which will mark the end of a six-week stint of shows across England.
The boys will trek around Italy, Denmark, Holland and Germany, and fit the last few European concerts in along the way.
A source told the newspaper, 'It will be the first time the lads have all gone away together properly in 15 years.
'They are really excited. They want to get a chance to have a look around places that they never actually got to soak up properly first time round.
'When they were touring in the early 1990s they were just in and out of all these beautiful countries.
'But this time they are scheduling time to relax, lap up the cultures and food, and visit undiscovered places.'
The group released their first album as a five-piece last year after reuniting with Robbie Williams following his departure from the band in 1995.
