The Answer new single

Fresh from their BEST BRITISH NEWCOMER nomination at this year's Kerrang! Awards, Irish rockers The Answer kick start the Autumn with news of their brand new single and huge UK and Irish Tours.

'Under The Sky' is released on October 2nd through Albert Productions and is backed by a storming live version of 'The Doctor' and brand new song 'I Won't Let You Down'. It will be accompanied by an animated performance video, directed by ITV-famed CGi expert Julian Kirby.

The single is the sublime fast-paced speaker-blowing opening track on their current debut album 'RISE'. It has also brought them the attention of one of the bands' musical heroes and one of rock's esteemed luminaries, Paul Rodgers. Rodgers, the legendary British rock singer, who has fronted Free, Bad Company, The Firm, and more recently Queen, has personally invited them to be the only support band for his sold out gig at London's Albert Hall on October 3rd 2006.

This gig kick-starts their huge "Let the good times roll" autumn tour (w/ Roadstar) culminating in a headline show at London's Mean Fiddler venue, November 1st, followed by a short burst of requested extra Irish dates.
