Hotly-tipped newcomers The Drums have been shortlisted in the MTV Brand New: 10 for 10 music poll. MTV have given the power to the public as their experts in hand picking the top ten of the best new musical talent for 2010.
The Drums have been listed in a top ten, which also includes the likes Ellie Goulding, Drake, Ke$ha and Owl City to name a few. Voting went live on Jan 10th and closes on Friday 29th January - the winner will be announced on February 1st. The winning artist will receive maximum support across MTV UK Networks throughout their 2010 release campaigns.
Fans are encouraged to vote by being offered the chance to win a master ticket to all three of the special MTV Brand New: 10 for 10 gigs at the end of January, plus a 3 night stay at a renowned London hotel.
