The Paddingtons tour

The Paddingtons to play Hedi Slimane's Dior Fashion show next week - 5th July.

Having stormed Glastonbury this weekend sporting black eyes from an inter-band fight, The Paddingtons hit Paris with 2 gigs in one day - Tuesday 5th July - their first gigs in France.

First they play Hedi Slimane's Dior fashion show. Hedi is a big Paddingtons fan, having photographed them for Interview magazine in the US, and bigged them up in Liberation, the most important French daily newspaper. They then head over to the Scala, Paris for their own gig as part of the itinerant Poptones club tour. Also on the bill are The Others, with Carl Barat and Alan McGee on the wheels of steel.

The Paddingtons release their new single, '50 To The £' on July 11th through Poptones/ Mercury. They celebrate that with a gig and Single Launch Party at Water Rats on Thursday 14th July. Their rockin' new album is finished and set for release in September.
