The Pogues will be performing their only UK date for 2012 at London The O2 this December as part of their 30th anniversary tour and have just announced that Frank Turner And The Sleeping Souls will be joining them as very special guests.
The Pogues reunite once again for the ultimate seasonal send off to get everyone in the festive spirit. Only a Pogues gig can create the party atmosphere of St. Patrick's Day in December with their unique mix of traditional Irish folk, punk and classic songwriting.
Special guests for the night are Frank Turner and The Sleeping Souls. This is the perfect way to close what has been a phenomenal year for Frank Turner that has included a headline show at Wembley Arena, playing at the Olympic Opening Ceremony and having album England Keep My Bones certified silver with over 70,000 sales in the UK. Frank said:
"To be part of the legendary Pogues Christmas shindig is like, well, Christmas come five days early; it's an honour to be invited."
Reunited once again at Christmas, The Pogues will be performing live at:
