"I Know It's Over" by The Smiths has topped a poll to find the best song to listen to when you're feeling miserable.
The track, which is taken from the band's classic 1986 album "The Queen Is Dead", triumphed over similarly melancholic numbers by the likes of REM, Radiohead and Joy Division.
Listeners to the BBC's 6 Music were asked to name their most fitting tracks.
"I Know It's Over" begins with the line: "I can feel the soil falling over my head / And as I climb into an empty bed / Oh well, enough said."
