Tina Turner feels she left a good memory in people's heads. That's why she's able to come back now with new music. Turner is releasing a two-disc best-of CD that includes four new songs.
Turner tells NBC's "Today" show nothing is lost and the quality of work that she's done shows up now. If it came to it, Turner thinks she could do a tour, albeit a brief one. She says she's in good shape and she has "body memory."
