Overview
An unemployed hospital engineer is to be sentenced for failing to keep away from top classical violinist Vanessa Mae at a hearing on August 24.
A restraining order was imposed on David Martin on Christmas Eve last year.
The action was taken after he was accused of bombarding Mae with love letters and of keeping a logbook of her movements.
He was arrested earlier this year after her boyfriend claimed to have seen him near her home in Kensington, west London.
Martin, 56, was told of the date for his sentencing at West London Magistrates Court.
