Victoria Beckham has been soaked with freezing cold water in the name of charity.
The former Spice Girls star became the latest celebrity to take part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge after being nominated by her friend Eva Longoria.
And showing she's more than capable of having fun with her family, Victoria posted a video of the challenge.
The footage shows Victoria wearing black, kneeling on the ground, as her husband David and three sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz stand ready with buckets of ice cold water.
After revealing her own nominations, Victoria is seen grinning and bearing it as the boys throw their water over her head.
Screaming, and appearing to say "s**t" as she was doused with the chilly liquid, Victoria then put her hands over her face and disappeared off the camera shot.
Before being soaked, Victoria announced the three names she had chosen to nominate for the challenge.
The people she chose were her close friend Katie Holmes, designer Tom Ford and her youngest son Cruz.
She later shared a video of Cruz completing the challenge, before the nine-year-old in turn nominated footballers Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persi.
A voice is then heard at the end of the video saying: "Harper's turn!" with the Beckhams' three-year-old daughter exclaiming a definite "No!" at the thought of being doused in icy water.
Victoria is just the latest in a string of celebrities who have all taken part in the Ice Bucket challenge to raise money for The ALS Association.
Other names to have gamely participated in the challenge include Oprah Winfrey, Sarah Jessica Parker, Anna Wintour,
Cheryl Cole, Steven Spielberg, Gwyneth Paltrow and Victoria's husband David.
