Waka Flocka Flame Has 'No Beef' With Gucci Mane But Hates Furs

Waka Flocka Flame has no beef with Gucci Mane, but fur coats? That's a different story.

The Brick Squad Monopoly riot-starter did a round of interviews this week where he spoke on a variety of topics, including his split with Gucci. "We went two paths in our life. It ain't no beef, no animosity; it's just that me and him see two different goals. I guess we both at the finish line; we're just goin' our own routes," Flocka told TheMontreality.com during his recent Canadian tour. "Sometimes it's none of your f---in' business what's the reason. Just understand that two men went their own ways, but it's no problem."

In March, the "No Hands" rapper came to "RapFix Live" and declared that he'd never work with his mentor again, after Gucci sent out a string of disparaging tweets stating that he was dropping Waka from his 1017 Brick Squad label for being disloyal. "I don't know because I'm the loyalist person you could ever see. I took on a man's beef, risked my life, hung out the window, risked my freedom. I never backed in a corner," he said, referencing his involvement in Gucci Mane and Young Jeezy's beef. "To my knowledge, it can't be nothing but jealously or something because there is nothing I did disloyal."

Even though he was clearly bothered, Waka did say that he'd party with Gucci, but would just never do business with him, proving that not all love was lost. Flocka had no problem discussing his disdain for fur, however, when he caught up with AOL's The Boombox.com. "It's ugly to me. It's nasty as hell. Every time I think about furs I just think about pimps and big-ass rings and somebody trying to be too extra," he said on Thursday when asked about his 2011 PETA ad campaign. "You wear fur, it's like you trying to be something you not. You get fur, you can spend the same money on like, 30 jackets. And it's gonna do you better, that sh-- gonna keep you warm."
