White Lies hit number 1 with their debut album & announce details of U.K. tour in May.
White Lies have announced details of a short UK. tour in May.
They released their debut album, To Lose My Life, last week through Fiction Records. The album entered the U.K. album charts on Sunday 25th January at number 1.
The band are also set to play the NME Awards Tour 2009, which begins in Liverpool on January 29th, alongside Glasvegas, Florence & The Machine & Friendly Fires.

Support of all dates comes from School Of Seven Bells and tickets for all shows go on sale at 9am Wednesday 28th January. Tickets are priced at £12 (except in London where they are £12.50) and are available below.
Following the NME tour the band head to Europe & the U.S. for a series of dates, including a slot at SxSW in Austin, Texas in March and the Coachella Festival in California in April.
White Lies will also release their next single in late March.
