WHILE LIES have revealed that they will not be writing any more material until next year.
Frontman Harry McVeigh said they have such a hectic touring schedule that they are finding it difficult to pen any new songs while on the road.
Speaking to the BBC, he said he and co-writer, bassist Charles Cave, prefer to create new songs at home.
He explained: "Me and Charles when we start writing the very basics of a song we need to be in the comfort of my home.
"Unfortunately we are very very busy touring a lot this year. We're not a band who can write on the road. In early 2010 I think we'll try and get back into my house and sit at my keyboard and write some new stuff."
White Lies are making many festival appearances this year including Latitude, Reading and Leeds and T in the Park.
