Third Man announce a monster new pack, featuring remixes by Beck and Josh Homme and Mark Lanegan of QOTSA.
Jack White's label Third Man Records has been running a curious 7-inch subscription series dubbed 'The Vault' and Pitchfork reveals that the next one will feature Beck remixing the White Stripes' 'Hardest Button To Button', and Josh Homme and Mark Lanegan taking on the Dead Weather's 'Hang You From The Heavens'.
Also included with the double A-side vinyl is a 12-inch recording of The Raconteurs playing 'the most intimate gig of their career' live at the Third Man store in Nashville. They provide ten tracks and also jam on The Who's 'I Can See For Miles'.
Subscribers also get a DVD of live and behind-the-scenes footage of the Devil's Night party at Third Man, which was hosted by Elvira and features The Greenhornes playing as ZZ-Top and the first live performance from White's new prodigies The Black Belles.
The only way to get this is to sign up as a Vault subscriber right now and upgrade to the Platinum Package.
