Overview
Wyclef Jean is certainly not a quitter. While 'Clef's bid to run for president of his native Haiti was shot down earlier this summer - he doesn't live in Haiti full-time so that rendered him ineligible to run- he is planning to spend the next five years preparing to run in 2015.
I cannot wait to see how Jean critic Sean Penn responds to this news.
Jean told Hip-Hop Weekly the following: "I'm not a quitter, and the most important thing for me is, I think, to move Haiti forward, it's going to take modern thinking. So, if all goes well, I plan to definitely come back in five years and give it another shot."
Do you think Wyclef Jean should try and run for Haitian presidency again or should he let it alone and instead work for his native land via the vehicle of music or other efforts?
