Raymundo Monge

Raymundo Monge (pronounced Moan-heh) was born and raised in a city not too far away from Los Angeles on August 21st, 1987. His parents were born in Mexico. Raymundo first started singing and performing music professionally at the age of 9 . He was a guitarist and singer in "Mariachi Juvenil Voz de America" for 6 years. In 2006, he became a member of the senior group, “Mariachi Voz de America”. With them he recently performed a tribute for Blink 182, which was received well by the band, their fans, and even got them a spot on MTV news! Now Raymundo is ready to focus on his solo music career, by releasing his first EP [En Mi Cuarto/In My Room]! Featured musical arrangements and production by "Angry" Mike Eleopoulos (Fergie, Justin Timberlake, Pussycat Dolls, Luis Miguel). ( ), Richard Mata who has been Raymundo's musical director in Mariachi Voz de America for 10 years, and David Soto III who will be joining Raymundo Monge on stage for his Album Release Concert in MARCH 2010.
