Sophie Choudry (born 18 February, 1981 as Sophia Choudhry) is an actress, singer, former 'MTV India' VJ and occasional model and anchor. She started her music career in 2000 with an all-female group Sansara. She later released 3 albums of remixed Bollywood covers (2001, 2004, 2005). In 2009 she returned with an uptempo disco-pop album, her first full studio collection "Sound Of Sophie - with production from Rishi Rich, Biddu, Bappi Lahiri and Gourav Das Gupta. The first single Manjave features British-Bengali singer Mumzy Stranger
