Yusry

Yusry Abdul Halim (born on June 15, 1973 in Perak, Malaysia) is a Malaysian composer, producer, director actor and member of Kru Group . Debuting in 1992 with his siblings as the group KRU, they had produced several albums chart topping singles and albums. In 2004, he produced a self-titled solo album. He was married to Erra Fazira on June 15 2003 . Marriage contract was made at Masjid Al-Taqwa in Taman Tun Dr Ismail. There was two wedding ceremonies, held after that, one for the fans, and another one was private event. The first ceremony was held on June 21 at the Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Bandar Seri Permaisuri accompanied by thousands of fans. Despite of heavy rain, the event still ran smoothly. The second ceremony was held on June 22 at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur - a closed event for families, friends and guests of honor. However, there were 300 lucky fans were chosen to attend the event. In June 2006, they ended their marriage when Yusri pleaded before the judge on June 14, 2006 that he himself pronounced a talaq to his wife on 26 April 2006 at their home.
