Actress: `Lady Gaga stole my boyfriend`

Alex Stebbins, 21, had been dating bartender and drummer Luc Carl for a year when the Poker Face singer stepped in.

She had previously dated Carl - and wanted him back, Stebbins claims.

'I wasn't going to go toe to toe with Lady Gaga, because that's like fighting Jesus,' Stebbins said. 'She's the most powerful woman in the world, and there's no winning.

'She can literally have anything she wants, and I had the one thing she couldn't have, and that made her want it more.'

Carl, 29, had warned Stebbins - who appeared in an episode of TV crime drama Law & Order: SVU as a bondage girl - that he used to date the singer.

Stebbins said Carl took her to Las Vegas last June for her birthday.

But when they got back from their trip, he admitted that Gaga had been to the apartment the couple shared in Brooklyn, New York.

Stebbins said Gaga stayed for half an hour and begged Carl to come back.

'It was so in my face,' she said. 'It felt like I got punched in the gut.'
