Amber Tamblyn, David Cross Married

Amber Tamblyn and David Cross are officially husband and wife. The actors married over the weekend, a rep has confirmed to MTV News.

Little is known about the wedding, which took place on Saturday, but, for those wondering who provided a soundtrack for the reception, rock filmmaker Lance Bangs shared those details. He wrote on Instagram, "Yo La Tengo playing Superchunk, Mission of Burma, and Pixies covers at David and Amber's wedding." He also shared a photo of the newlyweds embracing each other on the dance floor.

Cross' rep confirmed the wedding to MTV News, and a People.com source adds that the Roots' Questlove served as the night's DJ. It's the first marriage for both actors. They confirmed their engagement back in 2011, after dating for several years.

Tamblyn has appeared on his sitcom, "The Increasingly Poor Decisions Of Todd Margaret," over the last few years. And, the newly married couple made an appearance together back in June, appearing onstage together for the first time. They laughed off their age difference during NYC sketch comedy show, "Running Late With Scott Rogowsky."

"I was slow to make any moves because of our age difference, and also because she was a fan," Cross, 48, said before his then fiancée, 29, joked about their nearly 20-year age difference. She added, "If anyone's wondering, I'm 14!"

Tamblyn will next be seen in Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained." Cross is hard at work on the highly anticipated "Arrested Development" reunion series and film, which he talked about with MTV News recently.

"I'm not gonna divulge anything, but I know what the stories are and what Mitch [Hurwitz] is doing, and it's so layered," Cross said. "It's really audacious and amazing. I think a lot of people will miss the work that is involved, the story, the Venn diagrams that are being created, the domino effect that characters have with one another in their various episodes. I know what he's doing, and this has never been done on a TV show like this. This makes 'Lost' look like a Spalding Gray monologue. You'll have to watch each episode more than once."
