Bobby Brown back in jail

Bobby Brown has been sentenced to jail again, this time for failing to pay child support maintenance to a former girlfriend.

Brown has failed to pay Kim Ward, the mother of his two children LaPrincia, 14, and Bobby Jr., 12, $US63,000 in support.

The R'n'B star should have be paying Ward $5,500 per month but has not done so in a year. Brown claims he currently has no income and no job.

Brown was due to leave jail on Thursday but Judge Paula Carey has decided to sentence him to a further 90 days leading up to his next hearing so that he doesn't disappear.

The current Mrs Brown Whitney Houston was facing her own demons this week. She is in rehab at the moment for drug addiction but this week switched facilities after not being happy with the conditions. Her publicist claims the move is in line with treatment guidelines.
