Brandon Flowers was joined onstage by producer Stuart Price at the end of his solo show in London last night (October 19).
The pair performed forthcoming single 'Only The Young', alongside The Killers' 'Human' and the Thin White Duke remix of 'Mr Brightside', both of which were produced by Price, the latter under his alias Jacques Lu Cont.
Introducing the producer and Les Rythmes Digitales man at the O2 Academy Brixton, Flowers said, "There is a remix of one of The Killers' songs I still remember hearing in my living room and I was kind of jealous because it was better than the original. I asked, 'Who did this?' and I heard it was a guy called Jacques Lu Cont. We found out it is this guy called Stuart Price. Come on out, Stuart."
Price then strapped on an acoustic guitar as the pair performed 'Only The Young', a track which Flowers said was recorded together after they first met in London.
Earlier The Killers' frontman, who was backed by two singers and New York band Ambulance Ltd, performed a cover of Kim Carnes' 'Bette Davis Eyes', as he did during his first solo show in London last month, before playing his album 'Flamingo' in its entirety.
Alongside the other Killers favourites, which sparked mass singalongs in the crowd, Flowers also threw in 'Day & Age' opener 'Losing Touch'.
Brandon Flowers played:
'On The Floor'
'Crossfire'
'Magdalena'
'Bette Davis Eyes'
'Jilted Lovers And Broken Hearts'
'Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas'
'Was It Something I Said?'
'Hard Enough'
'Losing Touch'
'Swallow It'
'Playing With Fire'
'Human'
'Only The Young'
'Mr Brightside' (Thin White Duke Remix)
Support came from San Diego newcomers Transfer who are currently playing a series of dates in the capital including Camden Barfly tomorrow (October 21), Proud Galleries on Friday (22) and the Flowerpot on Saturday (October 23).
