The 30-year-old singer was allegedly in business class, drunk, when he began abusing other passengers and cabin crew.
He was also reportedly restrained by his friend, Kyle Sandilands, when he tried to light a cigarette and was escorted off the plane by Australia's federal police when it landed in Sydney at 8am.
He later took to Twitter to say the incident was a 'storm in a tea cup'.
He added, 'Wasn't arrested! didn't smoke on the flight. and the virgin staff were very nice. i did have a few drinks but i was not smashed and abusive.
'If reports were true then i would have been arrested, fined and worst! banned from my favorite airline v australia. storm in a tea cup.
'No of course not. as i sadi if the reports had of been true then i would have been.'
Delta, who he lives with in Sydney, then posted the message, 'Whatever people have said that happened Didnt!! slow news day hehe! Xx.'
And, 'He is fine he is just dissapointed when people make things up! Xxxx'.
Brian was not arrested or charged and the Australian Federal Police has said no further action will be taken.
