Overview
Brian, 30, was travelling to Sydney from Los Angeles with best mate, Aussie radio shock jock Kyle Sandilands, when he was allegedly spotted drinking heavily.
According to reports, Sandilands then had to restrain him after he lit up a cigarette.
The plane, flight VA2, landed safely at 8am local time at Sydney International Airport.
Cabin crew alerted the Australian Federal Police and the pair was escorted off the flight.
