Federal Police have not charged singer Brian McFadden after detaining him earlier today upon arrival at Sydney airport from Los Angeles.
McFadden is alleged to have gotten into a drunken rage on-board for Australian bound Virgin flight.
It was reported that McFadden tried to light a cigarette on the plane and then entered the economy class section from his business class seat where it is alleged he started to verbally abuse other passengers.
Federal Police took McFadden into custody when the plane landed in Sydney at around 8.30am.
However, Brian's fiancée Delta Goodrem has denied anything even happened in a Twitter post. 'He is fine he is just disappointed when people make things up,' she posted at around 11am today.
'Whatever people have said that happened didn't,' she wrote an hour later.
She also denied the smoking accusation saying, 't is very 70s. Are you kidding me if he had smoked on the plane the rolling pin would be out'.
Brian has been silent on Twitter today after ranting abuse earlier in the week. The following day as somewhat of a Clayton's apology he wrote 'last nights rant was aimed at a handful of cockheads'.
