British Sea Power are playing a special one-off four hour show with German rock legends Faust this Friday (November 4) at Hove Old Market.
Unlike their forthcoming tour, the band will avoid playing their own material and instead jam with the German group alongside marching bands, fflugelhorn players, Monster Bobby and The Stella Maris Drone Orchestra and The Pipettes.
The audience are also invited to bring their own instruments along.
Tickets for the show are £7.50 in advance and £10 on the door.
The band will then kick off their UK tour properly in Barrow on November 17 before closing in Bristol on November 28.
The group have announced that they will play not one but two sets per night, beginning with a special b-sides collection at the start of each night.
