Lawyers for the 29-year-old pop star filed paperwork in court on Monday to fight back in the case brought against her by Brand Sense Partners.
The firm claim that Spears had a deal with them but tried to cut them out of a project with Elizabeth Arden.
Britney's lawyers have been trying to block her deposition in the lawsuit, claiming that she is not legally competent to give testimony.
Now in new paperwork Britney's lawyers claim she has fulfilled all contractual obligations under the original deal with Brand Sense.
And Britney's lawyers also say that Brand Sense 'repeatedly failed to account' for Britney's monthly royalties from Elizabeth Arden.
Britney's lawyers have asked a judge to award her damages, rule that Brand Sense is not due any commission from her new Elizabeth Arden deal, and to pay costs.
