Ferial Zaltash claims in papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court that she was hired by the singer in September 2007 to look after Spears’ sons Sean Preston, now five, and Jayden James, now four.
The document states: “In September 2007, Spears hired Plaintiff as an employee to serve as her personal assistant and nanny to her children, but never paid Plaintiff for her services.
“Plaintiff worked through September 2007 and then resigned on October 1, 2007.”
The four-page court document alleges Spears has refused to pay the amount for the woman's one month of service.
Zaltash is also asking for £12,500 for penalties for unpaid wages and overtime work.
