The Femme Fatale that is Britney Spears was once known for doing a thousand sit ups a day, which resulted in six pack abs she flaunted with midriff baring tops during her early '20s and her prime. The pop star is back on a hard –some would call it brutal- workout routine, training for over six hours a day for the past six weeks. PEOPLE reports that Brit Brit had been training for 90 minutes a day, followed by another five hours of dance rehearsals in preparation for her North American tour, which begins on June 16th in Sacramento.
"I'm pumped up!" Spears told the magazine. "We've been working hard. And the costumes are coming next week. This is the exciting part, when all the pieces – the masterpiece – come together." Nicki Minaj will provide colorful main support with her wigs and Barbie-pink ensembles.
