Overview
Former reality TV star Brooke Hogan announced her engagement to Dallas Cowboy player Phil Costa Saturday night.
"Happiest moment of my LIFE. I am marrying my best friend. I [wouldn't] choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful," Brooke posted on Instagram, alongside a photo of her fiancй down on one knee in front of her.
Costa proposed to Hulk Hogan's daughter in Las Vegas.
"I look scary but this is the face of total SHOCK," Brooke wrote in another photo post on Instagram, with a snap of Costa putting the engagement ring on her finger.
