Overview
The couple tied the knot almost a year ago and finally got to move in together when hockey star Fisher, 31, got traded from the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators.
And she said that having him around has turned her into a big softie.
Speaking at the Billboard Country Music Summit in her home town of Nashville, she told Us Magazine, 'It's been really nice. He loves it here, and I love having him here.
'I've never been one for mushy songs. I just don't do mush. I can do mad. I can do sassy. [But] The more I was around him... I'm becoming a sentimental weenie.'
And she dismissed accusations that she masterminded his move from Ottawa.
'He was shipped to Nashville, and I was subsequently blamed for that,' she said. 'I was like - I wish I had that much power in the universe. Don't mess with me or I'll ship you to Lord-knows-where, Alaska.'
