Catherine Zeta-Jones says her husband Michael Douglas is "doing very well" in his fight against cancer, reports People. That's great news, as Douglas was diagnosed with throat cancer after doctor's found a tumor at the base of his tongue when the actor had complained of a constant sore throat.
"He is holding up with strength and dignity," the 41-year-old Zeta-Jones said Wednesday at the golfing world's Ryder Cup "Welcome to Wales" gala in her native country's capital, Cardiff. "He is about to finish his treatment and the doctors could not be happier."
Did you check out Douglas' recent reprisal of his Oscar winning role of Gordon Gekko in Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps yet? I did and he was terrific, as usual.
