Charlotte Church talks `lovely` new boyfriend

Charlotte went public with her new romance with musician Jonathan Powell just six weeks after she split from rugby player fiancé Gavin Henson, 28.

But when she appeared on ITV's Loose Women today she admitted she didn't see it coming.

The 24-year-old said: 'I have known him [Jonathan] for a long, long time but I kind of started writing with him.

'It's just one of those situations where you didn't really expect for anything else to happen.'

She added: 'It just kind of happened and he's lovely.'

Charlotte insisted she was completely single when they got together.
