Cheryl Cole has married French entrepreneur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.
The 31-year-old singer confirmed the news in an Instagram post at the weekend, sharing a picture of her wedding ring.
"I usually do not discuss my personal life but to stop the speculation I want to share my happy news... Jean-Bernard and I married on 7/7/14," she wrote.
"We are very happy and excited to move forward with our lives together."
Cheryl had reportedly been dating Jean-Bernard for three months before they exchanged vows.
According to UK newspaper The Mirror, the couple tied the knot on a beach in Mustique last Monday and invited only four guests.
The star's mother, Joan, and assistant Lily England were reportedly among those present.
Cheryl was previously married to footballer Ashley Cole, but their four-year union dissolved in 2010 after he allegedly cheated on her.
More recently, she has had relationships with professional dancer Derek Hough and backing dancer Tre Holloway, but their courtship ended last year.
She reportedly met Jean-Bernard in Cannes, taking him to several star-studded events.
Cheryl was meanwhile shooting down reports as recently as April about her link to personal trainer Steve Uria.
"Seeing a lot of fabricated stories on this.. One a great friend the other a married man.. Do they look alike to you ??" she captioned Instagram photos of herself with a man thought to be Steve. "I mean these ppl are nuts ! @joelcompass last week.. Who's next? Roll up, roll up!.. To the fictional writers #shouldvegonetospecsavers #thatisall. Have a nice day peeps.[sic]," she vented.
