Those living at the R&B performer's West Hollywood apartment block are said to be already irked by his antics even though he only moved in two months ago.
Gossip website TMZ.com has obtained several photos of Brown's expensive cars which appear to be parked in spaces reserved for disabled drivers.
The 22-year-old - infamous for beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - has reportedly been ticketed numerous times by parking officials.
The building manager told the website that residents are so fed up that they're now planning to have Brown's vehicles towed if he continues to flout the rules.
But his lawyer Mark Geragos claims that Brown is not in the wrong because his deed clearly shows that the two parking spaces in question belong to him.
He claims the developer never disclosed that the spots were reserved for the disabled.
Geragos says the Grammy winner is in litigation with the building over the matter and also plans to fight the parking fines.
But it's reported that the neighbours' gripes go way beyond parking spaces - they claim he plays deafening music and parties day and night and even races dogs in the hallways at all hours.
The website reports that police were called to the residence over a vandalism report when a person carved out the initials 'CB' on the elevator door.
