Chris Brown thinks "limiting yourself is the worst thing".
The 24-year-old R&B star has recently received a lot of media attention after being ordered to do 1,000 hours of community service following a violation of his probation.
But he won't let the bad press get him down as he is too busy making new music.
"One thing you can't do is make more songs than me," he wrote on Twitter.
"I'm a robot in da booth. Limiting your self is the worst thing u can do. #BEGREAT (sic)"
Chris sees the bright side of his situation, despite remaining on probation for his 2009 assault conviction stemming from an altercation with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
He is also coming to terms with carrying out tasks like cleaning beaches or graffiti removal as part of his community service.
"The party don't ever stop so the show must continue!" he declared on the micro-blogging site.
His new sentiment is in complete contrast to his comments from late last month. Chris lashed out at the Los Angeles District Attorney after he was hit with the service order and suggested those against him should focus on more serious issues.
"N***a done 6 months community service wit police and the DA racist a*s crying to the judge that I didn't do it. F**k the SYSTEM!" he posted on Twitter at the time.
"How about y'all take care of all the homeless kids and families on skid row. Promote helping people that are really f**ked up in your city!...Family first! The LAW...last.
"I paint pics of monsters because its a reflection of u b***ha*s n***as and this b***ha*s system!"
