Chris Brown is shrugging off his latest club controversy. While partying in L.A. on Thursday, he didn't just take a shot at Drake when he took the stage at the Emerson Theatre in L.A.; he also offered the room his philosophies about love in the form of a freestyle.
In the early hours of March 7, Brown gave an impromptu performance, including a rant that led some people to believe he was talking about his on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna. In a video posted on TMZ, he's seen preaching, "Every guy in this building has said one thing to their female. If you're not an insecure n---a and you let her have fun with her friends, I applaud you. You gotta say that one thing to her, and I made this sh-- up."

He then launched into song, "Don't make me have to tell you again, that that's my p---- baby! It's mine babe, babe, mine. Don't make me have to tell you again, that that's my p----, baby. It's mine, girl, it's mine, girl, it's mine. ... so you better not give it away! So every person in this mother---ing building, if you got a bad bitch you better say that sh-- to her, or she might f--- another n---a. Let's go turn it up."

Days after the onstage missive, he laughed off the event after another night of partying in Hollywood. "It's a song. It's a song. That's all it is," he told TMZ, while leaving Lure nightclub in L.A. over the weekend. Brown maintained his good humor about the freestyle, chuckling when the TMZ cameraman suggested he take out an insurance policy on Rihanna's private parts before pulling away.
The hours before Thursday's party were also particularly action-packed for the singer. Brown found himself in an alleged fight with his bodyguard in Bermuda, a verbal altercation with a parking valet in L.A. and later taking the stage at the Emerson. On Sunday, Brown may have commented on all the rumors when he tweeted out a photo of himself shirtless looking to the sky, with the message, "God, give me the strength, wisdom and courage!!! Amen!!"
