Singer Chris Brown has left rehab.
The pugnacious pop star checked into rehab after his October assault arrest in Washington, D.C., but he'll continue treatment on an outpatient basis, E! News reports.
"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area," Brown's rep, Nicole Perna, told E! News in a statement.
Brown, 24, was arrested in Washington around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 27 for throwing a punch at a man in front of the W Hotel near the White House.
After a court appearance he checked into a rehab facility immediately "to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point," Perna told USA TODAY at the time.
The problematic Brown came on everyone's radar back in 2009 after an assault incident involving his then-girlfriend Rihanna the night of the Grammy awards.
