Chris Brown smashed a window and stormed out of a New York TV studio after he was asked about attacking Rihanna.
The 21-year-old singer - who was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community service for assaulting his then-girlfriend in February 2009 ' reportedly threw a chair at a window in his dressing room before ripping off his shirt and leaving the building after being questioned about the incident by Robin Roberts on 'Good Morning America'.
Robin asked: 'What's going on now is that recently, the restraining order against you that Rihanna had issued has been relaxed . have you seen each other, been around each other [at events?].'
Chris replied: "I mean not really, it's not really a big deal, that situation, I think I'm past that in my life, and I think today's the album day so that's what I'm focused on, so everyone go and get that album.
"I've been focused on this album ... definitely this album is what I want them to talk about, and not the kind of stuff that happened two years ago."
Chris added his new LP's title, 'F.A.M.E', stands for "forgiving all my enemies and fans of my everything," in particular those who stood by him in "everything that I went through'.
He then stated that his enemies are "just anybody naysayers, haters, whatever the case may be".
Immediately after the on-air exchange, Chris is alleged of storming into his dressing room, screaming so loudly that worried hair and make-up personnel called security, according to gossip website TMZ.
Before they arrived he had ripped off his shirt and left the building, despite having planned to perform for the ABC website.
After the incident Chris took to his twitter account to write: "I'm so over people bringing this past s**t up!!! Yet we praise Charlie sheen and other celebs for there bulls**t. (sic)"
But he immediately removed the post.
He later added: "All my fans!!! This album is for you and only you!!! I'm so tired of everyone else!! Honestly!! I love team breezy!! (sic)"
