Overview
Coldplay are inviting their fans to take part in a worldwide treasure hunt, by hiding the lyrics to their upcoming album Ghost Stories in libraries across the planet.
Chris Martin's handwritten lyrics have been hidden in ghost story books, with clues to their location being revealed via the band's official Twitter page using the hashtag #lyricshunt (which we assume is for 'lyrics hunt' and not 'lyric shunt').
The clues and puzzles, once solved, should lead fans to their local libraries where they will find the envelope containing the lyrics and a 'golden ticket' for fans to travel to London for one of their upcoming show at the Royal Albert Hall.
